DJ Cleo to rock Soweto
Hansa Legends will be hosting a pop up party and bringing a range of music acts to the Soweto Cricket Oval on Saturday 26 May.
The Hansa Special Inside truck has already made its appearance in East London, Gugulethu, Polokwane and Tembisa, bringing some of South Africa's hottest acts such as Zakes Bantwini, Liquideep, and Black Coffee to perform for fans.
The party initiative will now descend on Soweto where the award winning DJ Cleo will be taking control of the decks. He will also be joined by Hansa Legends in the Making group, Abdus, starting at 7pm.
"With the Hansa Special Inside truck we have tapped into the impromptu, or ‘pop-up' party trend which sees those in the know gathering in a non-traditional areas to attend temporary parties," says Hansa General Manager Mosidi Seretlo.
"Pop-up parties have been happening in cities such as London and New York for years, now Hansa is bringing the concept to eKasi."
